2. Description of Services
CRN provides cybersecurity response services, including incident reporting, community safeguarding, dashboards for members and staff, network participation for Discord communities, and related tools. Services are provided "as is" and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at our discretion.
3. User Accounts and Dashboards
- To access certain features (e.g., member dashboard, staff tools), you must create an account with accurate information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or applicable laws.
4. User Conduct and Submissions
You agree not to:
- Use this Site for unlawful purposes or in violation of any laws.
- Submit false, misleading, or harmful reports.
- Upload viruses, malware, or disruptive code.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CRN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Total liability shall not exceed $100 USD.

- The laws of England & Wales and the United Kingdom for users located in the United Kingdom.
In case of conflict, the law most protective of user rights under applicable data protection regulations shall apply. Jurisdiction and venue shall be in the courts of Florida (US) or England & Wales (UK), at CRN's election.
16. Miscellaneous
- These Terms constitute the entire agreement.
- No waiver of any term shall be deemed ongoing.
- If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains enforceable.
